Tapping machines tap holes to the proper thread. A vibratory feeder bowl feeds the part to a nest. Depending on requirement for single or dual tapping head, the machine threads the hole (holes). Parts are automatically unloaded to a chute. Bowl feeder loading 2 tubes into the fixture in station 1 automatically. Then a 2-head tapping unit will do the tapping work. Also, in another station, a checking unit will check the tapping drill is broken or not in the tube. So, totally, the all finished Parts are checked 100%.
