Since 1982, CYA (CHIEH YUNG AUTOMATION) has been designing and manufacturing automatic machines for different industries. Over the past 30 years, CYA has focused on the lock industry and developed into a professional and competitive supplier to companies that make automotive locks, residential and commercial locks, padlocks, as well as furniture and cam locks. In 2002, CYA partnered with Maromatic Company, Inc. Maromatic is a US firm founded in 1964 when it designed the world’s first automatic lock cylinder pinning machine. Other types of machines were added over the years to help automate the lock industry.
Together, we have supplied the leading lock companies located in all parts of the world. A partial list of our customers include: ASSA-ABLOY, DormaKaba, Spectrum, CompX, Stam, Strattec, and Euro-Locks.
1978 – company was founded in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, focusing on manufacturing custom-made machines of all varieties
2000 – started receiving orders from world famous lock companies around the globe
2002 – started cooperating with Maromatic
2003 – moved to a new plant and started to focus on only Lock and Key machines
