Shutter cap assembly machines assemble the components for a dust/rain cover, which protects the key opening/entry. 
The assemblies generally consist of a cap, shutter door, hinge pin, and spring. All the 4 parts are automatically loaded to the fixture and on the parts. Because variety of the covers, we use sensor to check if the cover model is correct or not. The machine also cuts the coil of wire into pieces of retainer pin, and then feed the pin into the part automatically. Labor saving and precision are the characteristics of the machine. Finished assemblies are automatically unloaded to a chute.
