Lock plate welding machines weld the mounting tabs to the front face plate of a mortise lock housing. A vibratory feeder bowl automatically loads the plates and the tabs. The welded assemblies are automatically unloaded to a chute. The machine is fully automatic to feed front plates and attached plates. The small plates are fed by 1 set of elevator feeder, bowl feeder and linear track while the front plates are fed by magazine stacker on the separate stations. The 3 parts (1 front plate+2 small plates) will be loaded precisely in position on the round index and welded on the welding station. The welded parts unload automatically to the chute.
