Knob and rosette sanding machines sand and polish round surfaces such as door knobs and decorative rosettes. The parts pass through three successive stations with different abrasive medium and automatically unload. An operator manually loads the parts on the conveyer. The chuck will clamp the PART into fixture. The fixture will hold the PART automatically and rotates it self with high speed. Then several sanding heads with sanding paper will touch the PART for polish. The pressure of touching could be adjusted. After polishing, the finished PART could be unloaded to another conveyor. One person can take care of 5 machines at the same time.
