Cylinder cap polishing machines polish the stamped caps by moving the parts past two polishing stations. The first station smooths out the part and the second station polishes the part to the specified finish. The finished caps are automatically unloaded onto a rod type magazine. An operator only needs to load the cylinder caps into the vibratory feeder, and the clamp will hold the cap from the linear transfer into the fixture.
