This machine is designed for polishing 2 flat and 2 circular face of padlock. An operator loads padlocks into the nest on one round index table. Retainer pin outside the padlock is milled away first and then the 4 faces will go through rough sanding and then fine sanding process. Finished padlocks are unloaded manually by the operator. Vacuum system is available for efficient chip collecting.
