This bar feeder is designed for loading the brass bars into the first station of the padlock forming machine. One operator put in brass bars into the clamps. The feeder will automatically load one brass bar into the padlock machine into position. When one bar is finished, it will feed another brass bar automatically.

This automatic machine is designed for making padlock body depending on different Machine Size (approx.) of brass. Operator manually load brass bar on the previous bar feeder, and machine can automatically cut and transfer padlock body into the index and put body to appropriate location for sanding padlock radius face, chamfering top and bottom, marking logo and drilling shackle retainer pin hole. After production process, padlock body is unloaded to the conveyor transferring to next machine.
