This automatic machine is designed for making padlock’s bolt depending on different geometry and length. Operator only need to load brass bars into the automatic bar feeder. The length of brass rod is precisely controlled and fed automatically into cutting position inside the machine. Bolt is formed and cut by milling spindles and 1 drilling spindle. Finished bolts are unloaded to the chute. Different tooling are available for different types of bolts. The machine uses wet machining to reduce the temperature of milling process and enlarge the cutter’s life span. HMI screen is easy and operation-friendly for control and troubleshooting.
