The automatic shackle bending machine is designed for forming different shackle types. Shackles can be loaded from the magazine applicable for different shackle lengths and checked for correct length by CCD camera. Then this shackle can be bent to fixed angle adjusted by servo control and broached with certain locking flat and angled slots by hydraulic system. After broaching, shackles can be de-burred by shaving tools and unloaded to the chute. Machine is equipped with oil cooling system and chip collector for cooling circulation. Operator can operate the machine and trouble shoot errors from HMI touch screen. Accuracy can be +/-0.025mm.
