This B100(index) machine is with a 6 stations index. It rotates every 4 seconds for each station working. Magazine loading or bowl feeding the key blanks into the fixture of the index as Station 1.
Station 2: Dot matrix marking on the key blanks.
Station 3: single side bitting.
Station 4: backstop broaching & burs scraping.
Station 5: chip brushing.
Station 6: ringing keys and unloading.
