Products
The main purpose of this machine is to do double side key-bit bitting on key blanks. It’s equipped with several other functions. The whole working processes are as below: 1.) magazine loading, 2.) dot matrix marking, 3.) double side bitting, 4.) burs scraping & chips brushing, 5.) ringing & un-loading to 6 box carousel. Above 5 functions can be designed in one machine by linear way transferring key blanks, and the cycle time can be deducted to 3 seconds for 5 key bits. If more functions such as camera checking, label printing (tag marking) and ringing with keys are required, the machine can be designed in clamp type by adding more clamps for each function station, but the cycle time will be longer than linear type.

St. 1: Key blanks loading (magazine loading or bowl loading.)

St. 5: ringing keys in a ring.
The main design of this machine is using 4 clamps to move each key blank to each station for processing. This design requires more space as the layout, and it’s less effort and time efficient for changing fixtures and maintenance. If customers require more functions such as camera checking, tag marking and ringing, the machine can be designed into a bigger scale with more clamps for extra functions. However, transferring work piece (keys) by clamps takes more time than the linear type transferring.

Above 4 mechanisms with 5 functions are made in a small space shown like the attached layout. The keys are transferred like the shown layout. So, the cycle time is very fast. However, due to the limit space, this type of machine can’t add more functions such as camera checking, tag marking, and ringing….
