Punch bitting machines punch a fixed code pattern and marking number into the key blanks. A change out cartridge die is used to change the code geometry and key code numbers. This type of machine, ideal for large quantities of Key Alike keys, also de-burrs and rings the keys. A magazine stacker or a vibratory feeder bowl with hopper automatically feeds the key blanks. Key blanks are unloaded to the 6-box carousel for collecting keys. Key bit pitch and depth can be controlled by punch dismounted on hydraulic cylinder unit.
