Cylinder assembly machines automatically insert all top pins, sleeve, springs, and cover into a lock cylinder. It is without loading the combination pins (bottom pins), so keys are not used in this machine. After testing for proper parts load, the pin holes are closed using either a strip, a cover, or closing plugs. The finished assembly is for Lock Smith. An operator manually loads the empty cylinder into the machine station 1. All other parts are loaded through those auto-feeding systems. Assembled cylinders are automatically unloaded into a chute.
