Key logo coining machines press the company’s logo into one or both sides of the key. Coining dies can be exchanged to accommodate a variety of logos. A magazine stacker or a vibratory feeder bowl with hopper automatically feeds the key blanks.
This machine is designed for coining the trademarks on the key head or padlock body by hydraulic system. By changing the logo molds and nests, you can stamp the different trademark on the different shape of the PART (key blanks or padlock body). Parts can be loaded manually into the nest and automatically by the magazine or vibratory bowl depending on production volume. One touch screen attached as the control system (with PLC) is able to display functions and errors for trouble-shooting. Cycle time of around 2 sec/ 1pc plus easy change-out process provide excellent efficiency.
