The system will automatically assemble parts into the padlock body between two indexes. Parts are automatically loaded from magazines and vibratory bowls. The assembly is automatically unloaded into a chute. An operator is required to maintain levels of components in the two magazine stacks. It can apply to different types of padlock, and the finished padlock will be unloaded to the conveyor. NG parts will be rejected to NG box.
