Key back rounding machines add a radius to the bottom of the key blades. An optional second milling station can be added to mill the opposite side of the key blank. A magazine stacker or a vibratory feeder bowl with hopper automatically feeds the key blanks.
This machine is designed mainly for milling the round back of the key blanks. Key blanks are automatically loaded by the magazine or vibratory bowl depending on production volume. After keys get loaded into position, one cutter station will cut the round back on one (or two) side of the key. Cutter’s speed adjustment (RPM and feed rate) is available. Touch screen with PLC system can show the functions and errors for operation and easy trouble-shooting.
