Key tip chamfering machines mill the key tip to the desired geometry for a v-cut (machine TC100) or an angle cut (machine TC110). A magazine stacker automatically feeds the key blanks. This machine can be designed for magazine loading or auto-feeder feeding the key blanks and do the tip chamfering work by the angled milling cutter. Finally, the finished key will be clamped out of the fixture and will be free falling into the collecting box.
