This machine is designed for drilling pin holes of padlock bodies transferred from the previous padlock forming machine (PF1023). One gripper transfer the padlock bodies from the conveyor into the nests on the round index system and the nests holding padlock will turn to different drilling stations for drilling pin holes, 1 bolt hole, shackle holes and the barrel hole. Drilled holes will be checked in case any drill is broken. Finished padlocks are automatically unloaded to the chute. Wet machining is used to reduce machining temperature and flush away extra chip.
