BR100 Keyway Broaching Machine

This machine is designed for broaching the keyway in the barrel. It can be fed manually into the nest or by the auto feeding system (elevator feeder and vibratory bowl feeder). When barrels are loaded into the nests driven by the motorized chain, they pass through the long broach one after another and unload automatically to the chute within the cycle time of 3 sec. Cooling lubrication device not only cool the broaching process but flush the burr out of the broaches and barrels.
BR101 is identical to BR100, except that BR101 automatically sands (grains) the front face of the plug (barrel).
