This automatic machine is designed for milling key blank’s profile. Wave key blanks are fed by vibratory bowl with linear track and round index’s grippers will transfer keys into different stations for milling process. Stations can be added more or less depending on customer’s request for different profile. Key blanks are shaved with precise width and milled with the tip and tail dimensions. Key blank milling machines perform required milling, shaving, and drilling functions to prepare the key blank for subsequent key code cutting or milling. A magazine stacker automatically feeds the key blanks.
