This machine is designed for lever key bitting. Bowl feeding with linear transfer to load the key into the clamp 1 on station 1. Totally, there are 4 clamps(moving forward and backward) transferring the key blanks between 5 stations(as the servo layout.) Station 2: Dot matrix marking on the keys. Station 3: X, Y axis for cutter bitting with key blanks(R axis) rotating. Station 4: Chip brushing. Station 5: Ringing key and un-loading. If the inspection for the finished keys is required, adding one more clamp with one more station can inspect the height of the bit and the corresponded codes. This machine will be 6 stations with 5 clamps.
